Practical Use: Circadian Rhythm

Circadian rhythm is the natural, daily cycle of light and dark that our bodies follow. The word “circadian” comes from the Latin for “around a day”. Our bodies use this daily cycle to regulate many of our biological processes, including our wake-sleep cycle, hormone production, and body temperature. When our circadian rhythm is out of sync, it can lead to fatigue, trouble sleeping, and other health problems. Crystals can help to restore balance to the body’s circadian rhythm.
