Practical Use: Puberty

Puberty is the biological transition from childhood to adulthood. It is a process that typically begins around age 10 and lasts until around age 18. During puberty, the body goes through a number of changes, including the development of secondary sex characteristics (such as breast development in girls and facial hair growth in boys). These changes are controlled by hormones, which are released in greater amounts during puberty. While some of the changes associated with puberty can be stressful, there are a number of ways to cope with them. One way to help ease the transition into puberty is to wear crystals. Crystals have been used for centuries for their healing properties and can be particularly helpful during adolescence.
