Aura

Practical Use: Aura

An aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation that surrounds a person or object. Auras are composed of electromagnetic energy. People who see auras say that each color contains a different type of information and that the colors can change very rapidly. Most people cannot see auras, but some have the ability to see them by developing their Third Eye (also known as the sixth chakra). There are a number of ways to train oneself to see auras, including visualization exercises and meditation.
